Are there any prerequisites?

Created with Sketch.

You need to be a movement teacher, coach or facilitator (or aspire to become one) and you need to have a regular movement practice. This can be any form of moving your body and does not have to be anything you do on a very high level. You dance through your rooms in the morning? Perfect. You have an idea of Yoga? Nice.
A certain body awareness is necessary, but we will deepen that throughout the training.
Also you should not have any acute injuries.

Can I pay in instalments?

Created with Sketch.

Yes, you can! Just contact us and we will find a way to make this training possible for you! We will make a payment plan that suits to your financial possibilities.

Do I need to teach afterwards?

Created with Sketch.

You don't need to do anything you don't want to. This training is also a great opportunity to dive deeper into yourself and empower yourself. We believe, that when one is empowered you automatically empower others. If you teach or just embrace your friends.

Yes, you will get a certificate of attendance at the end of the training.

It is for everybody who identifies as woman. When you feel and live as a woman, you are very much welcome!

My English is not too good, can I still join?

Created with Sketch.

Of course you can. We will do our very best to provide you with German, Italian, Russian, Bosnian, Montenegrin, Serbian, Croatian, French or Spanish translation whenever needed! :)

I have small children, can't find a babysitter, can I bring them along?

Created with Sketch.

We will try to set up a mamma-support: either your partner or a friend can come to take care of your children (accommodation is free for them, they will just need to contribute for food), and we will have volunteers for extra support (and playtime :) ) so that you can fully be present for the training.
